WE LEARN OUR FAMILY MEMBERS
The standards required to increase success in today's societies have been differentiated. Especially in the field of education, the necessity of developing high-level skills such as problem solving, reasoning and creativity has emerged. It can be said that the preliminary knowledge of individuals is also different from different socio-economic levels. People who adapt to rapidly changing and developing knowledge have the skills to learn to learn by setting a number of goals for themselves. No student has the same characteristics as any other student. While students come to the educational environment, they bring their experiences, preliminary knowledge, learning styles and different development features. There are multiple variables that make a difference in the learning process. Based on the contribution of the learner to the process, who the students are, what kind of learning needs they have, their motivations, intelligence areas, the variety of methods and techniques used, and personality traits are the factors that cause academic differences between learners. The task of us administrators is to support teachers in this regard and to ensure the emergence of differentiated products.
